During our 30 plus years of business we have realized the importance to train
and prepare our personnel for both current and future projects and job
assignments. Today, with technology rapidly changing, investing in training
and the continued education for our workforce is a priority.
At Sam’s, we believe in both in-house “Senpai / Kohai(*) development”
and commercially available training. Employees are encouraged and provided
support to continue their career field-related training and engage in IT
certification and testing programs.
We have an internal knowledge-based and knowledge-sharing support
network. This support network “senpai/kohai(*) development” allows free-
flowing communication among employees to expedite knowledge sharing
leading to problems being resolved promptly.
* In Japanese, “senpai” and “kohai” mean an older(or with more experience) and younger(or with less experience) person, respectively.
